For the love of God will turn man's hearts to Him...
CALL: 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433)
Are you or someone you know thinking about suicide?
Pray this prayer right now:
In the precious and Holy name of Jesus, I rebuke and bind and cast out the spirit of suicide over ____________. I repent of the doorway that opened up to allow the enemy access to my mind and body. I loose the pure and perfect love of Jesus Christ to reign in my heart and in my life from this day forward. I declare that according to your Word, Father, that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and I stand and walk victorious in Jesus mighty name. Amen. Thank you Father.
O Lord, Be Gracious to Me To the choirmaster.
A Psalm of David.
41 Blessed is the one who considers the poor!
In the day of trouble the Lord delivers him;
the Lord protects him and keeps him alive;
he is called blessed in the land;
you do not give him up to the will of his enemies.
The Lord sustains him on his sickbed;
in his illness you restore him to full health.
As for me, I said, “O Lord, be gracious to me;
heal me, for I have sinned against you!”
My enemies say of me in malice,
“When will he die, and his name perish?”
And when one comes to see me, he utters empty words,
while his heart gathers iniquity;
when he goes out, he tells it abroad.
All who hate me whisper together about me;
they imagine the worst for me.
They say, “A deadly thing is poured out on him;
he will not rise again from where he lies.”
Even my close friend in whom I trusted,
who ate my bread, has lifted his heel against me.
But you, O Lord, be gracious to me,
and raise me up, that I may repay them!
By this I know that you delight in me:
my enemy will not shout in triumph over me.
But you have upheld me because of my integrity,
and set me in your presence forever.
Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel,
from everlasting to everlasting!
Amen and Amen.
Did you know...?
Satan is a liar and a thief! He seeks to steal life!
Suicide is Satan's attempt to take our life...to steal us out of this world before we can come into relationship with our God ... our Creator.
Satan wants to trap us in his miserable world to stop us from completing the work that God has called us to do.
Every person ever born into this world becomes subject to the evil torment of Satan and his demons.
The question is...how do we deal with the evil attacks on our lives, our minds, our emotions?
It is common for us to feel down at times because of life's circumstances. Sometimes they seem to be unbearable. And when we are down, Satan takes advantage of our sorrow and sets out to bring us down even more.
He whispers to us..things like there is no hope, we are no good, no body loves us, nobody cares.
Then, as we begin to feel totally useless and broken,
we wonder...why ? What is the point of living any longer in this pain? And this is exactly where Satan wants us to be!
It is when we are at this point of desperation in our lives that many of God's children commit suicide...in their hopelessness.
And the enemy of our Father in Heaven sits back and laughs. He feels victorious because he has stolen a precious life.
Too many people succeed in their suicide attempt.
Think about the family members left to mourn with broken hearts and feeling guilty because they didn't know how to help.
Satan is so sneaky that many family members or friends didn't even recognize there was a problem, at least not until it was too late!
We cannot let Satan win! Liars and thieves go to jail.
Satan and his tormenting demons are already sentenced to Hell fire and damnation at the hand of our God! It is written that this is their eternal desinty!
Our Father in heaven has shown me the mental anguish and torment that Satan seeks to inflict on people. I have personally been under the enemy's attack to the point that I felt so unloved and unworthy that I just wanted the pain to go away.
But my Father in Heaven, Jesus, stepped in and picked me up and brought me to a higher level of understanding...of the knowledge and of the workings of Satan and his lying and deceitful ways.
There is an answer to every situation, a solution to every problem and it does not include suicide!
Our God is love! He loves us so much that He
created us to live a full and joyful life on this earth!
It does not matter what we have done, what sins we have committed, whether we a rich or poor, what color we are, male or female, or any other reason.
Think about it...
Our Father in heaven is so in love with YOU!
HE never wants you to take your own life!
HE feels your pain and
HE will take your burdens
and carry you to a place of peace
and love through HIS grace and mercy.
The feelings you have when you are sad or depressed do not come from God, but from Satan who wishes to destroy all of God's children and bring them despair and death.
It is important that you do NOT buy into Satan's lies.
YOU are worthy, you are loved and
YOU mean everything to Jesus!
Jesus was born and died because you are a special creation--beautiful in the eyes of our Father in Heaven. YOU are His JOY!
YOU are His LOVE!
Jesus was thinking of YOU as he was dying on the cross.
HE took YOUR pain, YOUR sorrow, YOUR sickness and YOUR distress with HIM.
Even though Jesus died over 2000 years ago, it still happens today --for each of us. HE takes our burdens unto Himself so we can be FREE!
Close your eyes for a moment and picture Jesus on the cross and on that cross pin every hurt that you carry...every sin, every fear, every rejection, every pain.
Jesus has taken it from you right now!
He loves YOU
He has HEALED YOU. HE lives...today...so YOU can Live today!
It is my prayer today that we walk in the knowledge that
we are a loved creation of our Lord. Each one of us is individually beautiful with His attributes and His heart, His breath of life breathed into us at birth and He walks beside us always.
Don't listen to that discouraging whisper of the enemy any longer!
Know that you are loved and walk in victory.
Praise God for He is Good!
Salvation Prayer To God
"Father, in the name of Jesus, I come to You. I need You, and cry out to you from the bottom of my heart.
Lord, You've said that you are near to those whose hearts are breaking. I feel broken. I humble myself before you now...I cast down any pride or self-justification that I would hide behind, and I present myself to you, as I truly am--weak and helpless.
Father, please forgive my sin! I open myself up to receive Your cleansing, Your healing, Your forgiveness, and Your faith, hope and love into my being.
I believe You, when You say that Your plans are to give me a future and a hope.
I believe You when You say that You knew who I was even before my mother conceived me--and that You want me to be alive on the earth right now.
Thank you for giving me life! Thank you for working all things in my life for good! Thank you that I can call on your Name and You will be near me.
Thank you for bearing all my weaknesses and diseases on the cross, and healing me, spirit, soul and body." Amen.
Life is worth living!
Did you know... that even Jesus was tempted by Satan to commit suicide?
It is true!
The devil led him to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. "If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down from here.
Many of the greatest saints and heroes of the Bible faced overwhelming depression and sometimes wrote that they wished they had never even been born.
King David, (Psalm 13:2-4), the prophet Jeremiah, (Jeremiah 20:14-18), and Job, (Job 7:15-16) among others, all reached low points where they despaired of their very lives.
Job says, "So that my soul chooseth strangling, and death rather than my life. I loathe it; I would not live alway: let me alone; for my days are vanity" (Job 7:15-16).
Yet, each one of these men who were tormented by Satan were blessed of God! They persevered through their trials as an example to us. Though they faced great suffering and injustice, they kept their faith in God and His goodness, and in so doing, were sustained and led into abundant life.
They are an example of what God also has for us...you and me. We can make it through the trials and injustice into
an abundant life.
Comfort for those who have lost someone to Suicide:
The so-called Sin against the Holy Spirit is the only guaranteed way to damn oneself — and this happens only when a person intentionally rejects the Spirit’s work of creating and sustaining faith in Christ Jesus.
Because God knows our heart and our pain, a suicide truly “grieve[s] the Holy Spirit of God ” only if the person denies or renounces Christ’s sacrificial atonement. Ephesians 4:30
So, if your friend loved one committed suicide, but truly loved God and never renounced the name of God, then rest assured that our Lord has taken your loved one into His loving arms... to never again feel pain and sorrow.
