Husbands, Love your wives...Colossians 3:19

This is from my heart .... and for someone today.
May God heal your heart and give you strength.
The husband should be kind to his wife and not yell at her...the first time it hurts...the second time it hurts and then the yelling begins to chip away at who she is...slowly breaking her down emotionally and physically.
When she married you...she was trusting you with her life.
'Til death do us part wasn't meant to be at her husband's hand, but after a lifetime of loving...not yelling.
Please stop hurting her!!
There is no excuse for a husband to be hurtful to his wife, “Husbands, love your wives, and do not be harsh

with them." (Colossians 3:19) We have read the biblical mandate that husbands should love their wives as Christ loves the church. Jesus does not treat His church in hurtful ways; rather, He treats them with love. The Bible even ties our relationship with our wives to the success of our prayers, “Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered" (1 Peter 3:7).A Christian husband should love his wife with the love of Jesus Christ; his marriage relationship should be the most important relationship he has, except for his relationship with Jesus. He must give himself to his wife in a self-sacrificing way and striving always to love her as Christ loves the church.
He should guard his heart and mind, so that he is able to resist temptations that are sure to come at him.
The husband is the protector, the stronger of the two.
Why then should you destroy her emotionally or physically?
You are supposed to be of one flesh with her...a union after marriage... in marriage.
When you hurt her...it hurts you both.
Why do it? Just stop it!
Stop hurting her!
Husbands should remember these wise words from King Lemuel, “An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels." (Proverbs 31:10) But you refuse to see it.
