For the Love of Jesus... the sound of life for mankind

Have you ever had the opportunity to look at a newborn baby? To feel the presence of a brand new life?  Hearing the first breath and cry? The sound of life?
Have you ever had the opportunity to smell the sweetness of a newborn baby's breath? To touch the softness of the newborn's skin? To examine all ten fingers and all ten toes?
To see the magnificent wonders of creation in a new life? A completion of God's miraculous birth?
Have you ever stopped to think that Jesus was once a newborn baby? A brand new life on this earth?  He breathed His first breath and cried a first cry. You can bet He had sweet baby's breath, perfect fingers and toes and His skin so soft to touch.  He was beautiful!
And as His mother Mary held this newborn baby in her arms, smelled the sweetness of His breath  and heard His first cry...she knew that He wasn't just a newborn baby like all the other babies born into this world.
This baby was Jesus and His first cry wasn't just the sound of a new life for a newborn baby.  Jesus's first cry was the sound of life...for mankind.
Jesus loves us.  His death on the cross and His resurrection three days later was because of His love for all people.
Oh, for the love of Jesus, may we fall on our knees in acceptance of His love for us... in acceptance that as a baby that He was born to be a sacrifice for our eternal life.
The cruel death Jesus suffered was for your life, for my life, for our children's lives...
for eternity, for life everlasting.
Let us not forget that Jesus first cry was for humanity living in a sin-filled world... that through His life and death, and during our lifetime we might each find Him  and seek Him and be reborn again into the sweetness of His great love, into

His loving arms.
My prayer for today is for you to receive His blessings. I pray that you receive  Him and are reborn into a new life.  Take a breath of fresh new air and receive Him.

Blessings and love to all in Jesus precious Name.  Amen.
