This is my Father's House...Luke 2:4-9,  (revised March 21, 2019)

Patricia Ann
Luke 2:49..."Didn't you know, I had to be in my Father's house?"
The first church was not intellectual, academic, rich, or elite, but a simple people full of The Holy Ghost. They turned the world upside down.

If there is any one place on this earth that I love spending the majority of my time... it is here, in My Father's House. What a beautiful blessing it is to walk inside and experience the essence of the presence of our Lord. I don't know if I had ever been in a building that was so light inside. It was as if the lights were on when they were not.  All I can say is that the light of Jesus surely shines continually inside those walls! And there is a peace and tranquility that truly does surpass all understanding.
I think of this story of Jesus:  Every year Jesus’ parents went to Jerusalem for the Festival of the Passover.  When he was twelve years old, they went up to the festival, according to the custom.  After the festival was over, while his parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it.  Thinking he was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends. When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him.  After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions.  Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers.  When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.”
“Why were you searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?” Luke 2:41-49
Take a moment and imagine how awesome it was for Jesus to sit in His Father's house.

Just to sit in the presence of our Lord is welcoming, calming, fulfilling, and awesome all mixed up in One abounding love.
Just to sit in His house is to be at home, protected and cherished, soaking in His unconditional love and acceptance.
As these are all great descriptions of how it feels to be in my Father's House, there are truly no words to express what I feel so deep inside my heart for my Father in Heaven.  His love is so beautiful that it brings tears to my eyes and it brings me to my knees in humble adoration for who He is and how He loves us.
Oh, how blessed we are to know our Father intimately.

Let us all be confident that God's plan done God's way never lacks God's provision!
In Ecclesiastes 3:1, God gives us an important message:
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven...

Throughout our lifetimes, we will go through many seasons.  And as He is taking this ministry into a new season, I sit patiently and look forward to what comes next.  From Glory to Glory is His way!  There may be obstacles in the way at times, but in the end when we look back, we can count it all Glory and praise His name.
In 2010, God and I sat down at my computer and we created Heavenly Connections Ministry which brings the Word of God and free Christian Counseling to people who are searching world-wide.  It is always fascinating to log into the web page and see all of the nations across the world that God has touched in this ministry.
In every new Season, God has chosen a new thing for Heavenly Connections Ministry.
I feel immensely blessed and humbled that God has chosen us for this season.  God is calling forth His people for an End Times Ministry that is alive in Christ, on Fire with the Holy Spirit and willing to speak the Truth of His word.
We aren't going to be a mega church with a huge congregation, but a small online ministry in a world wide community of believers that are hugely on Fire for God!
What could be more awesome than that?
I remember that morning, not long ago: I heard a message from God.
I clearly heard him say, "This is My house.  It is not to be desecrated."
Wow, I thought!
I heard God say, "Now is the time!"
Following His lead in Faith and obedience, we have watched as God opened doors that some have called miracles!
We embrace every new season as a wonderful and blessed opportunity to fulfill our calling to the fullest by making new and exciting changes to the online ministry.
When we allow God to set our appointments, doorways open for His Name to be glorified and His children to be blessed.
My prayer for today is that we experience Jesus, May the essence of who He is be seen and felt and may His light and His glory shine beautifully through each of us as we go about our day.
Let us sing praises to His name!
Praise God from whom ALL Blessings come!
