Jesus is Coming Soon... 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words."

I awoke sometime between 4:00 - 5:00 a.m. very aware that I had been in a conversation with Jesus. I do not recall any of the conversation except for the words spoken by my Lord in the moments before I woke.

I do know that we were sitting at a table and had been discussing things that I had been concerned about. It was a peaceful time. Jesus always brings comfort and a sense of calm to every situation.

I feel blessed and in awe at the words that He spoke to me.
He repeated several times in a soft and peaceful voice, "I am coming."

Are you ready for His return?

When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we can rest assured that when He does arrive, He is coming to take us into the presence of His Father in Heaven; into our new Heavenly home.

Romans 10:9 shares with us:
“If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you

will be saved.”

Salvation prayer:
"Father God, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. Forgive me, Lord. I am truly sorry and I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you.  I believe that your Son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus into my heart. He is the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. I accept your Holy Spirit to help me every day, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."

My prayer for today is that we patiently wait for His return with a joyful and expectant heart.
Blessings to all in Jesus' precious name. Amen
