To simply "be"...

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well. Psalm 139:14

To simply "be" is the ultimate goal of our relationship with our Father. 

Twisted manipulations of His love has led many people into a fear so deep that they run from the very love that created them.

Fear based religion has put people into captivity. Striving to survive the cruel adrenaline producing mental torments of being not good enough, being a failure, a sinner. 

I was born into the hell fire and brimstone fear of religion, and for years that's where I lived. But my Father, one day He simply said to me,

"You are already worthy. My love has lived within you from your beginning. My love is simple, beautiful and fulfilling. I will never leave you."

And then, I knew that freedom is to simply "be"... His daughter. 

And so, I praise Him. I smile.  I sing. I share Himself in love.

My prayer for today is that we take a moment to reflect on what we've been taught about religion and it's divisions and compare it to perfect love, which has forever been our true portion. We can just "be"...the beautiful love from the inside out. His design in perfection.
